After any product has been shipped the customer assumes all responsibility for the product.  If the shipment is refused or returned in its entirety, there will be a 20% restocking fee for the returned product. If the product is not received in re sellable condition, the product cannot be accepted and no credit will be given.

If there is an order of 3 or more pails and one is left over, PCS will accept the return of the one extra pail within 30 days from date of purchase.  Simply ship it back to us for a full refund of the purchase price of the product.  The customer must pay the return shipping charges and the product must be received, unopened and in good, re-sellable condition. There are no shipping refunds. (If the product is damaged during the return shipment, no credit can be given. It is the shipper’s responsibility to file a claim against the carrier for the damaged product for its fully insured purchase price.) A credit will be issued to the original credit card used for this purchase.

We cannot accept 55-gallon drums or totes as returns and no credit will be given, all sales are final.
